Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon Dip

Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon Dip
Yields 2 Cups

Ingredients:

1 - 7.5oz can Chinook & Company salmon
1 - 8oz package of cream cheese
¼ cup mayonnaise 3 tablespoons shallots - finely chopped
3 tablespoons red bell pepper - finely chopped
2 tablespoons dill - roughly chopped 
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 
1 tablespoon honey  
½ teaspoon kosher salt


Preparation:

Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until combined. Remove lid and scrape down the bowl of the processor and pulse again until all ingredients have been incorporated.

Serve with crackers or cut up veggies.
